Alongside her recurring role on AppleTV’s Morning show, the actress has decided to work with Vital Proteins because she personally loves the brand’s products.
When speaking to Byrdie and Well+Good, the actress admitted to using Vital Proteins’ collagen powders for quite a few years, and shared that she’s got quite a sweet tooth, but only for healthy things.
Further down the line in the conversation, Anniston shared her finger-licking chocolate protein smoothie recipe, which according to her, has made her life perfect! Let’s not wait any longer to find out what the Friends star’s go-to smoothie recipe is.
For this exciting smoothie, you’ll need these ingredients:
- Either Vital Performance Protein Chocolate Powder or alternatively, you could opt for Vital Protein Chocolate Collagen Powder
- Chocolate almond milk. Although we want this smoothie to be sweet and mouthwatering, it must be healthy too, hence the almond milk.
- Maca berry
- Matcha powder
Now all you’ve got to do is blend them. You can change the quantities based on your required protein level intake and desired sweetness. Anniston also suggests switching things up by adding in some bananas and a handful of berries. Regardless, the chocolate-flavored protein powder that goes into the smoothie contains collagen which is very filling.
