Yup, you read that right: the baby just sported sparkly bling during the holidays, although it wasn’t clear if it was given to her by her billionaire mom or if it was the reality star’s. However, fans were quick to assume that the Kylie Cosmetics entrepreneur bought the diamond ring because it seemed to be the right size for the child’s adorable finger.
As usual, Kylie took to Instagram to share the over-the-top present to her followers through Stories, which showed Stormi wearing an open ring with two unmissable diamonds beside each other. So yes, while most of us were stuck with seeing what our secret Santas have placed in our socks, the baby, who was probably unaware of what was on her finger, got giant, sparkly stones.
The internet was divided on Stormi’s present, with some saying this was simply a ridiculous way of showing off, while others defended Kylie by saying she can do whatever she wants with her money. Some answered back and explained which part everyone got wrong: that although the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has tons of money at her disposal, she could have just used it for something more meaningful.
After receiving mostly flak for the ostentatious display of wealth (although everyone knows she is the youngest self-made billionaire), Kylie took down the clip. However, it seemed that she doesn’t care about the backlash because she posted another video that showed her wearing the exact design of Stormi’s diamond ring against the steering wheel, which left people asking, were those mother-daughter matching rings?
Kylie had since remained quiet about the real deal on the diamond ring. Plus, it was far from the only present Stormi got for Christmas.
