A new mother, she welcomed her baby boy at the turn of a disastrous year, powerfully embraced a new producer role with Belletrist Productions, and now, she’s getting a brand new home in L.A. Talk about power move after power move!
Moments from all the area hotspots, Roberts’ latest acquisition sits on a quiet tree-shaded street. With a price tag of $3.2 million, the cream-colored main house peeks from behind newly installed gates and hedges in the 0.19-acre property. Built back in the 1920s, Roberts got hold of the property in an off-market deal right after selling off her Los Feliz home.
Inside the Property
Spreadeagled over 2,500 square feet, the mansion holds 3 bedrooms and 2-and-a-half bathrooms. The bottom floor boasts an open floor plan, featuring an eat-in kitchen that comes coupled with the best appliances one could wish for, a dining space, and lots of informal and formal living space. The backyard is connected to the mansion via a gorgeous set of French doors.
The top floor hosts all bedrooms, including the main suite, which comes with a private patio offering views of the lavish backyard.
