Spilling the Tea
Fallon recently listed his New York City Apartment for a whopping $15 million. So, what is so special about the place? The first thing that sticks out about this apartment that it’s not an ordinary one. It is basically four separate units that are fused into one massive-sized apartment going around 5,000 square feet.
Jimmy Fallon has owned this apartment since 2002 when he bought one of the units for the price of $850,000. It was years before he married his wife, Nancy, in 2007. Over the years, the couple took their sweet time in creating that one unit into a full-fledge condo-style house.
Inside the Apartment
It comes with no surprise that the TV Host and his wife have been working on renovating this apartment since 2002. Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen have priced their apartment for $15 million. It is located in downtown Manhattan in a historic Gramercy Park co-op construction, taking over the top 3 floors of the building. As such, it now has five bathrooms and six bedrooms.
Apart from just expanding the place, the pair did not shy away from adding color to the house. They have completely transformed the three units into a more modern yet colorful place. The apartment features original hardwood window frames and floors that date back to 1883.
You’ll notice hints of antique aesthetic throughout the place, which includes wallpaper from 1940’s era in the living area. The kitchen has a fancy wooden island that also works as a six-seater bar, and to top it off, the room is filled with retro lights.
The main suite is on the top floor, which features installed skylights, a fireplace, a massage bed, and a woodland-inspired lounge. This floor also has dual walk-in closets, a luxurious bathroom, with a steam shower and tub connected to the main suite.
Wrapping It Up
The reason behind selling this luxurious apartment is still unclear. Perhaps Fallon is on the look-out for a better and bigger place in Manhattan. The Fallon clan is enjoying their time in their Long Island home, which is located right outside of Sagaponack. The 3,500-square-foot home is seen to be matching the same aesthetic as this NYC apartment.
Well, whatever the inside detail might be, one thing is for sure that Jimmy Fallon’s NYC apartment is a work of art.
